“This place was beautiful, well appointed down to the outdoor shower and the safety gate upstairs!! Also, the attentiveness by the staff speaks volumes for the owners and staff! Any question was answered PROMPTLY!! This was PRICELESS!! So, things do happen, which they did, but it didn't ruin the trip. I paid for early check in, we arrived later than the early check-in time and somehow it wasn't updated so when we tried to enter the code we caused the system to lock because our listing wasn't updated in the system to reflect the paid early check-in. We called they had someone as they said within 5 minutes over to help us get in. Immediate attention NO WAITING! Second issue unfortunately we wanted to do a little laundry but discovered the dryer wasn't working. We were able to hang towels outside to dry, but refrained from doing any other laundry. The family has voted that they want to rent this home every year as our family get-a-way reunion house. That says a lot! We loved it!!!”
