“The property itself was gorgeous, but our stay was disappointing due to several issues that affected our overall experience. Upon arrival, we were unable to access the condo because the keypad was not functioning & had to use the emergency key. We were told the lock would not be repaired until Sat. The cleanliness of the property was an issue. The garage trash bin was already full and had a strong odor, there was hair in the bedding. We were asked to take out the overflowing trash despite paying a cleaning fee. The beds felt unstable. Communication lacked, We were not notified until Saturday morning that someone would be coming to repair the lock, we were no longer there. After lock was changed they left us no access to get back into property. When contacted the company, the rep was rude, and ended the call several times. Overall, the combination of issues, cleanliness, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service resulted in an experience that did not meet expectations..”
