“This was an amazing place to stay for easy access to the beach and our son’s baseball tournament in the Corpus area. It was close to our favorite restaurants and provided an easy access to good fishing locations.”

“This is a great spot in walking distance to the beach (3A) - 10 min walk or 3 min. golf cart ride. The Cottage House community is great, it is a small complex with a few full time residents who are fun to chat with. The pool is great but HOT (we were there from mid-June to mid-July), it has a lovely view and was fully shaded by about 5pm while we were there which was nice. The townhome itself is a great space with a well appointed kitchen, some beach chairs/umbrellas/etc. for use in the garage and a 2nd fridge in the garage (a major perk for a larger group). The king bed in the primary bedroom needs to be upgraded, it was uncomfortable - probably fine for a few nights but we were there for a month and my sleeping suffered. The 3 bedrooms are all on the 3rd floor so get ready to get your steps in! I highly recommend this space for a large family - we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for having us!”

“Nice place and pretty good location. We were told that there were paper goods but found none. Worst of all is the place was not clean -refrigerator and stove were dirty which was terrible so I cleaned before putting anything in the fridge or using the stove. There was sand all over and could not find a broom anywhere to sweep it. And the downstairs bath tub was also dirty. For the cleaning fee I was required to pay, you would think someone would pay attention to this.”
