“Overall, the property looks like the photos, but the stay left a lot to be desired. Pros: -Pool is beautiful and is a lovely temperature. Appreciate the pool towels. -Beds are comfortable. -Showers were great (minus the lack of cleaning and hair left behind from former guests…see note below) Cons: -Question whether was actually cleaned before our stay. There were dead cockroaches along bedroom hallway and dead flies in kitchen and bathrooms. Also, hair on shower walls. Trash bags not in trash cans. -Kitchen supplies need to be updated. Only one wine glass in the whole place? No kitchen sponge, starter paper towels, or dish rag. Lots of things missing that make it hard to utilize the kitchen. -Breakfast bar where ice machine is constantly making very loud noises,like that sound like a garbage disposal (all day & night). Not great if you plan to have a relaxing staycation or anyone is a light sleeper. -Bidet not working. No power to it. Overall, seems house needs a little TLC.”

“Within 7-10 minutes of downtown Main Street. Very quiet and private with little traffic noise. So quite a few deer and some cows just outside our cabin across the fence line.”

“The best part about this place was the location. We were one block from Main Street and were also very close to the Oktoberfest Festival grounds. It was very walkable and easy to find everything. However, It was a little hard to locate the parking area for the rental. It took me about 3 attempts to figure out it was down an alley. And all of the designated spots for the villas were taken. I think it would be a good idea to assign one space specifically for each villa. The villa itself was cozy except for the light coming in from the street all night, making for a bit of a restless sleep. There were no electrical plugins on the side of the bed near the door. The shower is lifted above the main bathroom floor so water kept leaking from there onto the floor and we had to clean it up multiple times. The hot tub cover was difficult to remove and when we opened the hot tub it was overfilled and so a lot of water escaped due to displacement. Overall it was a fine stay but not worth the price.”

“Great location, cozy beds and pillows. Wish the place was a little more cleaner, hair in shower, dust in corners, dishes in cabinets were dirty. Wish they had more wine glass since the place is made for 6 ppl and you’re in Texas wine country.”

“We had a great stay here this past week! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in very easy. The location was convenient, and we really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!”

“Great place! The beds were wonderful! The kitchen was awesome! We had an issue with one toilet and they had the plumber there in less than two hours. The furniture was really solid and nice and the two large tables were immensely enjoyed by our crew inside and out. I would come here again anytime.”
