“Overall we enjoyed our stay but we ran into a few bumps in the road. Parking was an issue due to the fact that we received more restrictions after the full refund period, which was very inconsiderate. Her neighbors lied on us and reported that we were parked illegally and disrupting neighbors. I had to send a video to confirm that we were in compliance. Also there were a ton of spiders around the vicinity. I ran into at least 5 cob webs outside and inside. Overall it was clean but not free of spiders. We had a lot of checkout instructions and even had to wash the towels. I tried to enjoy my stay as much as possible, but because I was scared to break any of her long list of rules, it kind of took from my enjoyment and brought about anxiety instead. I feel as though she wanted us to cancel due to our large number, but why make the amount 10 if you really dont want to host that many people. Overall nice venue but too much anxiety to bare.”

“We booked this home well in advance and were disappointed with a number of maintenance and cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before our arrival. What Needs Attention: * Pool Area: The pool was dirty at check-in. We understand cleaning is scheduled for Thursdays and we arrived Wednesday, but the pool area should have been prepared in advance. We spent two hours cleaning the pool area ourselves. * Electrical Problems: Outdoor electrical outlets were not working. We had to reset GFI outlets, test every plug, and eventually use extension cords because the outdoor lights were wired backwards. * Hot Water: There was no hot water in the kitchen for our entire stay. * Indoor Maintenance: The master bedroom lamp has a short and flickers. Several remotes needed batteries. * Supplies: No dish soap provided—only dishwasher detergent. Towels were very limited, so be prepared to wash frequently. * Outdoor Issues: Sprinklers came on Saturday night for the fi”
