“We loved our stay here! The home was beautiful & clean! We would love to stay again in the future”

“Very disappointing stay. We ultimately checked out early and Airbnb reimbursed us. The most frustrating part was that neither the owner nor property manager responded to our concerns or attempted to resolve them. There were multiple issues during our stay including the AC not working properly, excessive water condensation throughout the unit that left the floors wet and created a serious slip/fall safety hazard, no functioning key fob provided for access between the hotel and condo areas, and a pull-out sofa that was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. I understand that issues can happen in any property, but communication and effort to correct them matter. We did not feel supported and ultimately did not feel comfortable continuing our stay. I would not stay here again.”
