“The house and pool are absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax and enjoy themselves without crowding others! The house is in a very quiet area with deer visiting the yard in the mornings! Communication with the management was incredible and any issues or questions we had were immediately addressed! I would love to stay here again!”

“The 1906 haus was very well appointed, lovely, and very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was very nice. My only complaint was the late check-in due to friends flying in to San Antonio at different times of the day and coming in to a small town not knowing any of the places in town. 4:00 was later than most hotels and I did try to get an early check-in but never heard back from anyone. Also, the check-out time was very early-10:00 a.m. Even hotels are at least 11:00 and can usually arrange for a later check out if needed. Other than that we all had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.”

“Lovely home! This historic house was very pleasing, it features a unique and ornate style that was beautiful to stay in. The pool and hot tub were clean and fantastic to enjoy. The other shared houses are far enough away to feel like you have space to live uninhibited. While there was no one staying in them during our stay, I see no issue of communing in the shared space together, there was plenty of room in the beautifully landscaped backyard. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and spacious, the bathrooms clean. There is historical documentation of the house and its previous owners to learn about, which was a fun look back in time. The kitchen was stocked with a suitable amount of cookware and lots regular and fancy serving dishes for anyone’s culinary needs. As far as spice go, there were not many options available and there was no salt when we arrived. The olive oil was also very low. This was the only inconvenience. Overall great stay, would stay again!”
