“I loved the place, the location was amazing and I would be back. The owner provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo basically all the tiny necessities which was amazing there part. However we did have an issue with the freezer, a glass panel in it was broken and I communicated with the owner that I literally just opened the freezer and glass feel on me and went everywhere at that point I had only been in the Airbnb not even 15 minutes and I was putting stuff away I immediately messaged him. The owner wanted me to pay 89 and told Airbnb that it occurred on the second day of my stay which was untrue since it occurred not even 15 minutes of me entering the Airbnb cleaning up my blood a little and then messaging him immediately after, I think that was very dishonest on there part and if I’m able to I’ll be attaching pictures of the incident including messages that are timestamped and the date they told Airbnb it happened”
