“⭐☆☆☆☆ We cannot recommend this property. This was the most expensive Airbnb our group has ever rented, yet it was the most disappointing experience we've had. When we arrived, housekeeping was still cleaning, so we had to unpack while the home was being prepared. Throughout our stay we dealt with a broken couch, broken garage door, broken dishwasher, a non-working TV in the master bedroom, and missing basic supplies like toilet paper and hand soap, which we had to purchase ourselves. We reported each issue as we discovered it, but none were resolved during our stay. Before checking out, we cleaned the home and left it in better condition than we found it. The home has potential, but it needs significant attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and guest readiness before future guests arrive. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend staying here.”
