“I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnbs in this building (Natiivo) for about 2 weeks. This is the only one I’m writing a review for. The room isn’t bad, only complaints would be the room is full of dust (bad for allergies), air vents probably aren’t cleaned. There was also a cockroach in the room (there was no food left out, it was in an empty plastic bag.) I reported it to Casago and they asked for proof but I had already left the place to stay at the One Hotel instead. They then said they’d send a team to look into it and then never replied back and just waited for my reservation to end, so I paid for extra nights for no reason pretty much. They have meh communication in general, they would send a copy and paste response and then i’d have to point out to actually read my message multiple times. Natiivo isn’t a bad place I just wouldn’t recommend this room/booking through a Casago Airbnb.”

“The Nattivo apartment building is very nice and the apartment was well furnished, comfortable and clean. Casago Austin's instruction were very clear and the check in and check out process was smooth. There is also a cafe at the ground level , which is very convenient. The only issue we had was we could not speak to the host, despite requesting that and it seems there is a series of agents involved in decision making. We booked a non refundable rate for 10 nights but due to unplanned circumstances, has to leave after 3 nights. I made a request to consider our request well before check out but the host kept delaying a response and asked me to write to an email address. There was absolutely no consideration given 70% of the time was unused but paid for. Air BNB support also got involved but there was no change in the outcome. Whilst the property was great, given the inconsiderate behaviour of the host, it is unlikely that I will stay at this place again.”

“Terrific location close to downtown, walking distance to lake trail, Rainey Street bars with live music, etc. Great view of the city and the pool on rooftop was a bonus.”

“Great place, I’ve stayed at this building multiple times but now the check in time is later and the checkout is earlier. I hope that’s not the trend. Overall the place was in a great location and awesome amenities but had too many tasks at checkout considering checkout is 10am!! Would stay here again but plan better!”
