“The home had a musty, moldy odor when we arrived, patio furniture was missing, the shower heads were filthy, dust accumulated in number of places, spider webs in corners. It was not a pleasant experience and certainly not worth what we paid for it. We could have stayed at a luxury hotel and had much better accommodations. At this point, I don’t plan to do an Airbnb again.”

“This house was not what was expected .. literally had “NO SMOKING SIGN” in bold on the wall and walked in to a cloud of cigarette smoke.. my husband had asthma pretty bad and we had our toddler with us .. We reached out letting them know as soon as we walked in they suggested a cleaner to come for us but if anyone knows about smoke it does just leave with “cleaning” We let them know it was to bad and we were going to leave and find something different and asked if we could have a refund due to the house not being as described in there description and they refused due to “policy” even though there policy was also BROKEN… instead of working with there customer they chose to get a bad review and a report to Airbnb themselves.”
