“This is a hard review. Pls read - concerns and good points. We booked with their special rate and still have concerns what folks should expect even at a reduced price. Looks pristine in pics, but we found it to be lacking in general overall upkeep - pool house doors broken, dirty pool clutter, extensive weeds in planters, paint splatters on fence. The retaining wall dirt is caving in at two places and poor upkeep of boat dock/slip were safety hazards. The spots for jet skis is not functional and 3 of 8 lounge chairs were broken. Outside trash bins, full. This can be a gorgeous place, deserving of a solid 5-star review, with TLC. If in order, you'd be hard-pressed to say it wasn't a perfect stay. We loved the home's layout and location for our needs and its distance from the city (just 10 mins to everything you need). Great communication. Very comfortable beds, cool A/C in the Texas heat, pool towels and laundry room were all great. The view is beautiful. The surroundings are serene.”
