“This listing was perfect for our family of 10, between 21-80yrs old. House had enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone, and enough space that we are not on top of each other. This might be an Austin, TX thing, but every thing was around 15-20min drive. Location was great and an easy drive for places we wanted to go and see. Communication with GuestSpaces was great, and they reply quick for any inquiries we had. Overall Great Experience!”airbnb

“This home was ideal for all our family events in East Austin. The Butler Trail and many eateries are in walkable distance. The home is comfy and has wonderful living space for my family which included two infants. I personally love the porch and the backyard living area. There is a large outdoor table where we all could sit and eat together. The home's open kitchen has abundant sitting options too. Also, there is plenty of floor space for all the baby seats, rockers and playpens. I very much enjoyed staying at this home.”airbnb

“I think it’s time to replace a tired couch, it’s extremely uncomfortable but also looks dirty even with covers. Additionally, the front door requires a good scrub. The dining room chairs are feeling like the odds one out of place. Coffee maker and under the grill unclean. Needs to tidy the kitchen cupboards. The cutting boards need to be replaced. A kitchen island would be an awesome addition. The views outside were awesome. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The heated pool was nice.”airbnb

“We had a. issue with the fridge when we checked in - sent a message to the host who responded immediately! The issue was resolved with the utmost expediency - and the hosts were excellent! Everything about our experience exceeded expectations! I would highly recommend this property - we had a wonderful time! I cannot say enough good things about the property and owners - what a cook’s kitchen - everything we needed and more😊😊”airbnb

“The house is well appointed, especially the kitchen. The entire property is very peaceful and quiet, perfect getaway for a family or big group. The host is very accommodating and prompt with responses. My family was very comfortable during our stay and will book again for future trips in the hill country.”airbnb

“We stayed here for a bachelorette party with 10 girls. We had a great time. Generally, the house was as described. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. I would say the only thing we were disappointed with was the pool area. There was not much furniture to sit on outside and there were no cushions on any of the chairs. When I messaged them, they said they didn’t have any cushions so it was very uncomfortable sitting outside. There was also very loud landscaping/construction on the connected house next-door all 4 days so that was very loud when we were outside. Otherwise we had a pleasant day and I would recommend it for a bachelorette party.”airbnb

“the space was ok. the pool and the jacuzzi were dirty when we arrived. the rest of the space was relatively clean. the check out instructions were pretty excessive. wouldve been easier to get a hotel at that point. the area was in between downtown and lake travis where we planned activities so that was the only good thing”airbnb
