“The place wasn’t ready when we arrived for check-in Two hours after we were told we could check in. I even sent a text message to the host letting them know we were on our way and it still was not ready. Could not even get inside because the host sent the wrong code because they were unaware of our reservation. Then was told that it would be 30 minutes before our room was ready. It only took them 10 minutes to clean it. They threw a dirty sheet on it and then left. There wasn’t a single amenity inside the room that was stated that was supposed to be, we were not given a tour of the property or told where the community areas were. Completely different than pictures left early and requested funding returns because it was so disgusting. The property was beautiful. I was completely looking forward to a beautiful stay.”
