“we checked in and nothing looked like the photos and the host sent the same message to us about the property and then we discovered bed bugs and could never get anyone to help or answer nobody tried to help resolve this we stayed then I got bit by a bed bug and still no resolution and the house was falling apart the tub was cracked and felt like we were gonna fall threw the floor if u were using the restroom and someone walked in kitchen living room the house would shake and I spent alot of money on the first day for my family to go do and I couldn't go because I was told to be by my phone so someone would get back to nobody ever called so I lost that money and the money for the rental cuz the host dont want to give me a refund I was very bad experience all around”

“The small room has no ventilation or electrical outlets; the only way to use it is to leave the door open because it gets very hot even though it has a ceiling fan. Everything else is perfect, just like in the photos.”

“The property had a moldy odor and the floors were noticeable sandy. The kitchen was also basic condiment such as salt and sugar which would have been helpful for guests. The property had a great view, was a short distance from the beach, and offered easy beach access, which we really enjoyed.”
