“This listing is a frat house that has declined significantly since the photos were posted masquerading as a luxury rental. First off the trash was left from previous guests and was overflowing the trash bins. Secondly, there was trash all over the grounds of the property that we spent time cleaning up before our guests arrived. Next, the kitchen sink was dislodged and needed to be tended to. The dishwasher was backed up and flooded. The ice machine and water in the fridge were inoperable. The host acknowledged this versus being proactive so we could purchase ice in town. The hot water was inoperable in the master bedroom. The hot tub was inoperable. The wifi doesn't extend to the garage lounge rendering the smart TV in that space useless. The house is very run down for the ~$1000/night rate. The pictures are not representative of the property. Host mentioned numerous times they would address the leftover trash due to wildlife and it never happened. Stay away!”
