“The house was great for our group of 11: clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great A/C, and a nice pool. However, it was not as well maintained as expected from the listing photos. There were numerous issues, including missing refrigerator shelves, kitchen problems, a non-working bar fridge, broken furniture, unfinished wall patches, shower doors that didn’t fully close, carpet stains, and a taped broken window. Individually these weren’t major, but together they made the house feel like it needed significant TLC. Our biggest concern was the entrance. The river-rock path was very uneven and difficult with luggage, especially for our 85-year-old grandmother. There were also no working exterior lights, so we had to use our phones to see. Blake was great and very responsive, though not always able to easily answer questions once we arrived. The house worked for our needs, but I’d manage your expectations when booking.”

“Beautiful home! It really does look just like the photos - we had 10 guests total and there was plenty of room. Everything felt super clean! Enough towels for everyone - showers and pool. The beds were super comfortable! We felt safe in the area and it was very close to everything we did. I would absolutely stay again!”
