“Nice apartment well appointed with in unit washer and dryer. Could have been cleaner, no major issues but lots of dust in the closet and on windowsills. Only issue I had was no WiFi during my stay, which was unable to be resolved. The TV is Roku only so unable to watch TV or get online to do any work etc.”

“Took forever to get their app to accept my parking. After multiple failed attempts and 5 min between responses they gave me a different apartment number to book under. Very tight parking lot with multiple buildings it was hard to find our room. Finally got in and it did not match the pictures. The pictures made the place look like a show room. The reality was much different. Much darker, less decorated, very dirty. There bugs in the light fixtures, hair on the floor, makeup stains on the rug, gurgling from the sink and a disgusting cracked and stained bath tub with a leaking/running faucet. I left immediately, and stayed somewhere else. Not very helpful when i reached out to message them and they said they would get back to me about a refund but the next day it was a different person who messaged me saying they hope i’m enjoying the stay. (Like they never noted i wanted a refund) Luckily, I took pictures and reached out to customer support who promptly issued me a refund.”

“Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few things that were disappointing. The biggest issue was that the listing photos did not accurately reflect the unit we stayed in. The kitchen appeared much more updated in the photos, with stainless steel appliances, but the actual unit had black appliances and a different layout. While there’s nothing wrong with black appliances, the photos made the space look significantly nicer and more renovated than it was. The listing also made it appear that the patio was on the ground floor, when the unit we stayed in was actually on the second floor. It would be helpful if this was clarified in the listing to better set guest expectations. Additionally, we requested a vacuum and were told one would be brought the next day, but we never received it and did not hear any further updates. The unit was still functional and served its purpose, but I believe the listing photos and description should be updated to more accurately represent the property”

“Unfortunately, my experience did not match expectations. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the hot water did not work properly, and I experienced electrical issues during my stay. I reported these problems, but they were not resolved before I left. I ended up checking out a day early and did not receive a response to my request for a partial refund.”

“I would STRONGLY caution others before booking with this SHADY company. First, they required a security deposit outside of Airbnb, which should have raised concerns. The bigger issue came at check-in: the unit I arrived at was not the 2-bedroom unit I had reserved. Instead, I was given a 1-bedroom. When I contacted them, they claimed they had notified me through Airbnb that my original unit was unavailable due to a pipe issue. However, there was no such message in the Airbnb chat. They also made no effort to proactively find a comparable replacement and only checked other properties after I specifically asked. I then had to scramble to find and book another Airbnb at the last minute. Communication was frustrating throughout: every interaction was either with a chatbot or a different “support” representative. They refunded the security deposit but not the reservation cost. After days of being told they were “looking into it” I had to involve Airbnb Support to get my money back.”
