“It’s okay for a few nights stay, a place to lay your head for a bit.”

“Interior: Listing looked nice but misleading—likely AI-enhanced. Issues: holes, chipped paint, dirty dishes + dirty sponge, no WiFi, HVAC failed (mini-splits not initially working and we had to clean them), bugs in beds, drooping ceiling fan blades (hazard), missing fire/CO2 detector (illegal). Exterior/Access: Sketchy area with broken-into cars and slashed tires. Gate and lockbox codes failed; we entered by following another car. Door stuck, lock unreliable. No direct emergency contact. Host gave multiple wrong codes. Noise/Safety: Loud neighbors—car work at odd hours, blasting music, Saturday party, thin walls. Also catcalled by neighbors/kids. Communication/Charges: Routed to unhelpful third party unfamiliar with property. Attempted $500 charge for nonexistent fob (removed after dispute). Overall: Unsafe, unsanitary, and unreliable access. Terrible experience. Would not recommend staying here under any circumstances. Felt unsafe throughout entire stay and unable to relax at all.”
