“The house was perfect for myself and two mates as we were attending a World Cup semi final at the stadium and was an easy walk to and from and the house was perfect to stay in for the 4 nights”

“Buyer beware! This rental company uses dynamic pricing (like Ticketmaster!) to set their rates. I thought it was just high because of the World Cup, but realized too late that what I paid was 2.5 X any other week of the year this house is listed (including all other World Cup weeks). Shame on me for not going back to re-check options before it was too late to cancel - but I am sharing with you so you don't make the same mistake I did!! Overall, if you think the price is fair, this is a decent place to stay if you have a large group of people and want to walk to the Cowboys stadium or Rangers stadium. I will say that its purely an investment property - and all furniture, linens, TVs, pillows and blankets, kitchen equipment, etc., etc., are the cheapest they could find. The sofas were like sitting on cardboard, the closet rods fell down as soon as we hung up our clothes, and the curtains were barely hanging on to the wall; and the fly situation was a very noticable.”
