“I'll start with the positives first. The host was very friendly and responsive. The home is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I had a few negative experiences during my stay. We had an issue with the tub backing up with black particles coming from the drain. That left 10 people to use 1 bathroom. We also had a pest issue with bugs and rodents. The area rug in the living room was worn and crinkled which caused a fall hazard. The furniture is worn and the beds are not good quality furniture. For the price I feel the home should've been better furnished.”
