“This was a great house and very convenient to downtown Franklin. We had an event downtown Saturday afternoon and it was minutes from our location. The house is very well appointed with ample kitchen appliances and cookware to make meals at home. This was a perfect set up for our family and extended family who were in town for graduation. 1st floor bedroom and bath served our accessibility needs. This home was in a quiet neighborhood with fenced backyard and beautiful deck area. The Wi-Fi worked well and this home had every amenity. The management company communicated promptly.”

“this house was perfect. dealing with vascasa is not. I needed to cancel one day and was within the partial cancellation period. They refused to even discuss this. they would not respond to messages. Once I submitted the cancellation of the one day I would get a canned message back saying they can't change cancellation policy. when I asked to show me where this is because that is not what was on the sight, they once again refused to answer messages. I ended up giving up. They are a terrible management company.”
