“A charming cabin that we really could have enjoyed if it were cleaner. Like other reviews the patio was not clean, and the living space was not fully cleaned, and the firepit was broken/had no propane. We escalated to the AI chatbot and received the courtesy reenactment of our complaints, but within 3 hours the host had almost fixed the issues, leaving undone a few things that I requested to be fixed (and I would think after a request to clean the property it would actually be cleaned top to bottom and not just briefly touched up). I had hoped the host would follow up after coming to clean, especially since there were things still in need of cleaning, but alas never heard anything from them after we reached out. But the location is good and private, the house itself is great, and we enjoyed the stay after we cleaned it ourselves.”

“Zach was very responsive which I appreciate. Unfortunately the house was not very clean in some areas such as the showers. The washer smelled like mildew. There was some sort of pet hair all over the porch. The hot tub smelled horrible. The house itself was beautiful but for paying over $4000 I expected better. There was also construction all around the house on other houses so we had to listen to Skil saw going the entire trip. I’m sure this is something they aren’t aware of but it was definitely not a peaceful trip like I had hoped. The golf simulator breaker kept flipping and we ended up having to run an extension cord. The grill had no propane. The door handle to the outside door kept falling off every time you go out of it. The outdoor TV didn’t have a remote so we couldn’t use it.”

“This is going to be an honest review. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous. It’s quiet, the accommodations were perfect for our group. The pool, hot tub and theater room are amazing. The house is close to things, which is so nice. It is a beautiful place. However, when we arrived, the house wasn’t very clean - the toilets were dirty, there was a dirty sock left in one of the bunks, the floor is coming up in different areas of the house, the shower heads and dishwasher were gross, and the water smelt absolutely horrible - smelt like iron or metal. We had to use water bottles to brush our teeth and wash our hands to avoid the smell. I sent a message about the cleanliness to the management team, but never got a true follow up on it. For the price you pay, I just would expect it to be completely clean.”

“Overall we were so happy with this house. There were a few things missing. Some of the bathrooms didn’t have soap and only one blow dryer. There was also no tissue throughout the entire house. We had twelve people so that was tough. The house was beautiful and Amy responded very quickly about things.”
