“The front door was hard to open and close. All doors need attention. No place to put things in bedrooms.”

“The cabin was located nearby to many activities in pigeon forge, sevierville and gatlinburg. The location was clean, and ready for immediate unpacking and relaxation with the hot tub already on, and the AC set to cool to counteract the humidity. The only issue, was the comfort of the beds as the blankets were a bit thin and the mattress stiff and the nightly traffic closer to the holiday which was no fault of theirs. The hosts were communicative, kind, and overall extremely accommodating! We truly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend considering the price, proximity to activities and provided amenities inside the cabin to counteract the rainy days we did not anticipate. Very satisfied”

“Here’s the revised version without the em dash: The location is perfect, but the floors were extremely dirty and my white socks turned black. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom and back hallway. We also found hair on the pillowcases, though housekeeping did bring fresh linens the next day. The cabin was very cold, which was especially difficult while traveling with young babies. Overall, the cabin has so much potential, but cleanliness and comfort need improvement to match the great location.”

“The place is very beautiful, cozy, and well located. Check-in was easy and overall the house has a lovely atmosphere that we really enjoyed. There are a few important things to mention for future guests. The shower is quite old and not intuitive to use, and there were no instructions provided. We initially had difficulty figuring out how to get the water to come out from the top shower head, so clearer instructions would be very helpful. Another important issue was that our dog unfortunately got fleas during our stay, despite only being inside the house and briefly going out to the garden for bathroom breaks. This resulted in additional costs for medication and grooming, so this is something the hosts may want to address. Lastly, there is a neighboring dog that barks frequently, which some guests in our group found disruptive. We recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. Overall, the property is very nice, but these details would be important to improve the experience”

“the pictures are definitely taken to make the place look bigger. very surprised at how small it actually is. the neighbors dogs barked a lot. no privacy and not secluded at all. the pics are taken to make it look private/secluded. upon entering we were attacked by fleas, especially in downstairs and hot tub area. a few stains on rugs that appear to be pet stains. no cleaning supplies other than dish detergent. no sponges or dish rags. grill was very dirty and had to clean before use. overall just not what we expected. the pictures are very deceiving. there is also an abandoned camper right next to the cabin and it looked really trashy. we made the best of it and still enjoyed our stay. but probably won't book again. Just didn't feel it was priced well due to all the issues. im terrified of bugs and there were huge bugs and fleas everywhere. we left a few dead ones in the bathrooms so hopefully the host will see and correct the problem.”
