“There were a few things that need to be addressed. Dryer vent isn’t hooked up. Living room ceiling fan wobbled so much that we couldn’t run it. The living room furniture needs to be shampooed as a pet must have had an accident on it. Had to use febreeze daily on it to cover the smell. The grass needs to be cut. These are all easy fixes. Over all the place was nice and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Shaun was willing to have someone come out and clean the furniture but we were only going to be there a few days so we made do with the febreeze.”

“You are encouraged to use written directions via pdf because of GPS issues/inaccuracy but those directions cost us 45 mins. I would encourage you to ask which GPS may cause issues because Google maps worked fine for us and our friends. We missed out on earlier check in”

“I give five stars for all!! I was hoping the pool was still open but due to use coming in October I understood why it was already closed. My only negative response and it’s not that bad but more instructions on how to get the hot tub off sleep mode. Thank goodness for YouTube! Be prepared for the driveway but that honestly is to be expected when heading to the mountains so I expected it due to we come often and it’s close to home. But all in all! Beautiful home, kids loved the arcade machine! Once we got the hot tub running that’s where we hung out at night time! All in all this was a beautiful spot not too far from anything and very private! We would definitely stay again and the host was very responsive, respectful and forthcoming! See you Shaun!”
