“The space was very open and large. It accommodated our party quite well and had enough parking. Convenient to a few stores and restaurants. Plenty of toilet paper. There were a few things that were disappointing: 1) the commercial fridge did not work. Although another regular fridge was in the kitchen, I really needed the space of the commercial fridge. The rental company contacted me the day of checkin telling me it didn’t work but did nothing to fix it. I saw other ppl’s reviews saying it was broken but it’s still broken. 2) we saw roaches several times in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms 3) entrance into the main living was not convenient; nor outdoor trash cans. 4) the bathrooms counters were very low. 5) there was only 1 kitchen towel 6) the bath towels were cheap and shabby 7) mattresses were foam and hot 8) recliner couch was broken For the price and fanciness of the house, I expected higher quality. No attempt at restitution for issues.”
