“The cabin itself was beautiful, and the management team was always polite and responded quickly to our messages. Unfortunately, our one-night stay didn’t go as planned. We arrived while the cabin was still being cleaned, were initially given incorrect Wi-Fi information, and most importantly, the air conditioning wasn’t working, leaving the cabin around 82° on a hot evening. We understand that unexpected mechanical problems happen, and we appreciated the staff’s professionalism and apologies. However, for a stay costing over $500 for one night, these issues significantly impacted our experience. Management also told us our request for a partial refund would be reviewed, but we never received any follow-up. Overall, it’s a nice cabin, but we hope future guests have a smoother experience and that communication and follow-through improve.”

“My family had an amazing time in this beautiful home. The views were better than we could have imagined. The cabin was very clean, and exactly how it was described. The driveway took some getting use to for it was very steep, however the views and privacy more than made up for it. The hot tub was a nice touch. I would definitely keep this cabin in mind if you are looking for privacy, spectacular views, and overall great family time.”
