“Place was big enough for my family. Had a few problems with the internet and the AC but they tried their best to fix them. Overall I was satisfied with the house and the service mighty tree provided. The driveway was a little bumpy at the end but it wasn’t scary like I thought it would be. Keep in mind if you need the pool heated let them know two days before you go so it can reach the temperature. I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Asheville.”

“Hello, I so want to provide a great review, but if my wife and I agree on something, it usually means it’s accurate data. Beautiful home but it’s obvious it isn’t being maintained to the standard it was built to. Lots of questionable maintenance and cheap, superficial “repairs”. It’s obvious this beautiful home is now being operated by a corporation, because no owner would allow the home to be maintained this way. Home feels cold and unloved, which is exemplified in the lack of supplies. I mean, just look at the paper towel and Kleenex supply provided. Is there some sort of Kleenex shortage?? Not a single Kleenex in the entire house, 2 rolls of paper towels and crappy TP. Are guests supposed to use towels & wash cloths??? Are we in a third world country, or the greatest country on earth 🌎?? C’mon get it together as this home deserves better! Thanks for making sure I had to deal with a broken door to the theatre, while having a helicopter hover in the backyard day after day.”

“Beautiful home with great views and plenty of space, perfect for groups or families. A few issues worth noting. Some cleanliness and maintenance items need attention. The stairs and foyer bench were stained, the hot tub was low, and the propane tank was empty on arrival. There was also a beeping fire alarm we had to fix ourselves. A few basics were missing, including sugar, salt, pepper, spices, and extra propane, so plan ahead. TVs were locked, so no streaming logins, and some extra pillows didn’t have pillowcases. Overall, a good stay, but attention to detail would make a big difference and be a 5 star stay.”
