“The cabin itself was cool and close to Dollywood and the Island which was nice. However, there was mold in the shower covering the shower curtain. There also appeared to be black mold on the bedroom ceiling and it was dusty and had several cobwebs. The mattress in the pullout couch had a large stain on it and the sheets provided for it smelled like they had not been washed. The driveway was also extremely steep and full of ruts. This was not disclosed and our car could not make it up the driveway. We ended up having to park at the bottom and go up multiple flights of stairs to get to it. It was overall an ok experience but we will not be staying here again.”

“The place was cute, but the lights around the hot tub didn't work and the buttons on the hot tub were messed up. Also, the entire reason we picked this place was for the magical lit up dome, but the lights didn't work in there either. Looking back at other reviews, the management team were already aware of these things .”

“My husband and I came here for our pre-honeymoon just for a quick getaway trip. It was a great cabin. We loved everything about it. The only issues we had were it was very dusty or had a lot of cob webs or spider webs through out the whole cabin. There was a cob web or spider web inside the glass part of the oven, and bugs in the ceiling light in the kitchen that we thought they could've cleaned out before we had arrived. Owner verbalized that the place was closed for couple days but within a couple days we don't think it would be that dusty or have that many cob webs/spider webs. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.”

“loved the cabin was very beautiful did have mama bear and cub visit. lots of space in the house. only issue. was the jet tub in pool house is not a hot tub. it was full of water but next morning it was drained and never had a maintenance man to fix while we was there. the hot tub on the deck when we got there was empty and not working maintenance did fix it on day 2. few other minor thing but nothing to ruin the trip would definitely book the cabin again”
