“The Paddington Cabin was great overall! It was in a good location between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, clean, and had mostly everything you could want for cooking (no oil or seasonings which they did communicate). We also had to bring extra paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper for the 5 nights we stayed. The beds were super firm- not my preference, so be aware of that if you prefer a softer bed like me. There was plenty of space, the patios were great (we saw bears on 3 different occasions!) and the top one is enclosed which is nice (however, there is a rung of balcony missing in one spot which we had to be aware of because our toddler could have slipped right through). We brought our almost 2 year old and luckily also brought a gate, because the opening to the metal spiral staircase is scary for little ones. The stairs up to the loft are also wide open. The hot tub was nice at night and early morning but the jets didn’t always work, not sure why. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!”

“**I’d absolutely stay again! It was great for my family of four, with another family of three, with a dog! CHECK-IN: The host messaged us and allowed us to enter up to an hour early, without us reaching out! There’s codes for each door, gate, etc., and the pool room has a gate for safety, along with a door buzzer for kid safety! CLEANLINESS: Definitely super clean! Everything was pretty spotless. A couple things we noticed that was probably due to the cleaning service: there was a used paper plate on a chair in the patio, one bedroom’s pillows were all on the floor, and the vacuum was still out. I’d still rate five star on the cleanliness, because the rest of the place was great! COMMUNICATIONS: For the most part, pretty spotless on. Rated a four star due to an unresponsive messaged about asking where golf clubs/balls were. We had hoped to do mini golf at the community mini golf place, but the owners never responded and we weren’t able to play. Overall would stay again!”

“My husband and I came here for our pre-honeymoon just for a quick getaway trip. It was a great cabin. We loved everything about it. The only issues we had were it was very dusty or had a lot of cob webs or spider webs through out the whole cabin. There was a cob web or spider web inside the glass part of the oven, and bugs in the ceiling light in the kitchen that we thought they could've cleaned out before we had arrived. Owner verbalized that the place was closed for couple days but within a couple days we don't think it would be that dusty or have that many cob webs/spider webs. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.”

“loved the cabin was very beautiful did have mama bear and cub visit. lots of space in the house. only issue. was the jet tub in pool house is not a hot tub. it was full of water but next morning it was drained and never had a maintenance man to fix while we was there. the hot tub on the deck when we got there was empty and not working maintenance did fix it on day 2. few other minor thing but nothing to ruin the trip would definitely book the cabin again”
