“said they were getting place ready, walked into dead ants all over floors, no dustpan had to ask for one, so how did they get it ready for us? woke up to cockroaches several days they sent exterminator but still woke up to them, and they did not offer us another building. electrical outlets that didnt work called about them messaged me back said they sent someone to fix them only to come back to them not being fixed. read reviews more only to find out thwy had electrical issues in previous years so def still not fixed. spent over 5,000 on this to throw out half our opened food not knowing if cockroaches went in them. wrote them asking for a partial refund and they will only give me 300 back. needless to say we also went back home a day early because we had enough. building was very beautiful like pictures to bad they cant hire people who actually clean it luke they said. also garbage was left from previous stay had to message them on that too. again confirms they didnt not have ready”
