The 2 bedrooms are on the lower level & were the ONLY entry points into the house. The main floor front entry door does not open at all from the inside or outside. The primary master bedroom's EXTERIOR door would not stay closed & would not lock at all. This is the entry/exit point from the house. Safety is a high concern being that there are not multiple exit points in the case of a fire or emergency! the layout is difficult (pool table is too close to the walls for the room). overall the cabin was clean & beautiful, but the lack of exit/entry access is a huge issue & liability. Stayed May 2026.

No not what I have had experience beforehand this time was the worst. I wasn't expecting to go thru these hoops and should get some money back.

Overall we had a great stay, but there are a few important things to note. The home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views, and it’s ideal for large groups since all bedrooms are similarly sized with en suite bathrooms—no true primary, which works well for sharing. Be aware there are virtually no kitchen staples (no salt, pepper, oil, etc.) and very minimal supplies: one small dish soap, one paper towel roll, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, no hand soap, no pool towels, and one laundry pod—so plan to bring everything. We also had an issue with an upstairs AC unit leaking through the ceiling into the kitchen. Management responded but did not fix it during our stay, which was disappointing given the price. The indoor pool/grotto is amazing. Overall, a fun stay, but it could use better stocking and a few personal touches.

The first thing that bothered me is, there’s a house directly across from us (very close) and you have to drive up an extremely steep hill to get to it with tons of pot holes. The showerhead needs a removed it’s so bad, the hard water stain buildup has clogged holes. Stains on walls doors, dead plants, I have pictures. Wobbly tiles in bathroom. Our deposit was kept bc we were 14 mins over due while leaving even though they were well aware I was recovering from being hit by a car, and was slow moving, I just started walking with braces. All those places are owned by companies and they dont care like privately owned Air-BnBs. Ppl who own 1-2 really care and take the time to explain things not a robot talking to you. If I go back to sevierville. Sadly, I will stay in a resort because the way they are corporately owned and operated. We take good care of ppl and ppls things we clean anything we dirty. Our children don’t put feet on funtiure, no shoes in house. U give respect u SHOULD get it

Overall the location, views and size of the house were wonderful. The home was clean and we had a good stay. The Airbnb fell short of a 5 star in a few areas, four out of five mattresses are old and not comfortable. Kitchen equipment was old and barely sufficient - basics like a chopping board missing. When they say starter supplies they really mean it - coffee was on the listing as provided but they only provided two days worth and no filters. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t provide enough cleaning supplies but they left two dishwasher tabs for an 8 person place for 4 days. Would stay again with comfier beds but be aware you need to bring everything .
