“Don’t know where to begin but I’ll start with THE LISTING IS NOT AS ADVERTISED. HE DOES NOT OWN THIS HOME/CONDO HE IS SCAMMING EVERYONE (front desk said it themselves had me looking stupid).I had to wait 2 hrs for check in even tho I arrived at 3:45pm to check in… then I finally get my room WITHOUT A HOT TUB NO KITCHEN AND NO BALCONY, then when I went to ask why I was given the wrong room this inconsiderate s.o.b wants to call me and I quote “a CRY BABY” LOL.. ridiculous I have never dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism in my life and I travel ALOT. I BEG YOU DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE OUT OR ANY PLACE THIS MAN HAS HIS HANDS IN…. Thankfully Airbnb is amazing and REFUNDED ME FULLY. Gave me a FULL refund even before I left the place so I was extremely happy with Airbnb but this host needs to be banned for good. If anyone needs proof pls reach out to me & I will provide any proof needed to prove this man is not professional or trustworthy. there’s a reason there’s only a couple reviews..”

“Evan has been very responsive and response very efficiently. Describe everything as it is. Few baby roaches were found but place itself was clean and nice. Walmart and few attractions places are near by. Really good place to stay at if you visiting Gaitlingburg/SmokyMountains/Pigeon forge.”
