“We had an amazing time staying at this cabin. It was in a great location, not too far from all the restaurants, stores and activities. The kitchen could have used more supplies like spices, cooking pots and foil but we managed just fine. Only issue we had was we believe the management company double booked the house. We had the property manager knocking on the door asking to prove we had booked the house then 10 mins later we get a call asking us to pack up and we need to check out. After sending multiple previous booking correspondence, the management company said it was alright to stay our full booking time. Not the best feeling from a management company but the house itself was great! Kids loved the pool and hot tub and there was plenty of room for everyone during our stay.”

“The house was great! We really enjoyed our stay. The alarms on the pool are a lot! but I thought if we had little, I'd appreciate them. They did not have disband detergent and they asked us to run the dishwasher before we left.....I thought I wonder how many times these dishes have been washed with no detergent and we just ate off of them. There were very few towels in the kitchen to clean with. There weren't any oven mits. There were tons of beach towels which was great! The kids went to play basketball but there was a line to play. thanks for the stay! we had fun.”

“Loved location but couldn’t get over all the minor flaws. Smelled like animals, toilet lids broke. None of the toilet paper would stay on the hooks for them. Flooring needs to be replaced asap. Both my children cut their feet on the broken wood flooring. I would not stay here again until they lay new flooring. Very little stuff in the kitchen. No coffee. I’ve never stayed in a airbnb with no coffee. Master bed felt really cheap. Hot tub was nice. I’m not one to complain but all the little things wrong here added up quickly”

“The house is absolutely gorgeous! It has every amenity you could possibly need! Our family was there for my son's graduation from UTK and our adult kids loved the game room (pool table, Golden Tee & old school video games) The pool and waterfall were amazing, the steam room was great. The ultimate love was the hot tub on the top floor deck.... beautiful sunsets and views!! One issue was the wifi continued to go out. Not a big deal for phones but the guys weren't able to watch golf while enjoying the hot tub. Bigger issue was the smoke alarms going off continuously for 2 hours on Saturday night (after a long day of graduation and having our elderly parents who were exhausted) this was not ideal. We were all up from midnight until 2 am and not able to get a hold of anyone. Eventually it did stop, although no one slept good waiting for the next alarm to go off....it seemed random and would alarm every 15- 20 minutes, just about when we would fall asleep again!”

“Cabin was nice and clean however the circuit breaker kept popping when my wife used her hair dryer in one of the main bathrooms. Also, the bathroom in the pool area kept flooding and the water ran into the pool.”
