“I’ll start with the pros Walt’s place was easy to find navigation got us to the place with no issues. The cabin is secluded which we absolutely loved, there is no Mountain View but nevertheless has nice scenery. It’s about a 20 minute drive to pigeon forge but only about 7 minutes to a dollar general which helped out tremendously since we came during a super busy weekend. Cons we had a major issue with the front door lock it was not functional. When contacting the host they were very slow to respond. 30 Minutes after check in time where we provided with an alternative way of getting in with a key we had to get from the lock box. A little urgency would have made all the difference.”

“Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the Airbnb. There were used contact lenses left on the nightstand, mouse droppings found inside, and a noticeable amount of dirt throughout the property. There was also hair left in the shower. These are things we would expect to be addressed during a thorough cleaning before guests arrive. The location and property itself had potential, but the cleanliness issues made our stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the host takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleaning and inspection process for future guests.”
