“The place is much bigger than the pictures make it seem. Great and quiet lot on a dead end road. We seen 3 different bears just on the property throughout the week which was awesome.”

There were a few minor issues during our stay that could use some attention, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. The host was responsive, and we appreciated having the space for our trip. I would still recommend this property and would consider staying again.”

“If you have a big family and are visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area, this is your place! We had 4 families, 9 kids 10 and under and there wasn’t a day of boredom in the house. Everyone slept comfortably and had more than enough room to spread out. The biggest plus of this rental is the club house. You won’t need anything else for your trip to entertain the little ones. We were there 7 days, spent one day at Dollywood, the other 6 were spent down at the clubhouse. Between the lazy river, the pool, the splash pad, the mini golf, or the movies playing on the turf, our kids had to be dragged out of there because they had so much fun! I cannot recommend this rental enough. You’ll find a very responsive host, a beautiful house to vacation in and you will be 5-7 minutes from all of the hustle and bustles of Sevierville, 20 minutes from Gatlinburg and 12ish minutes from Pigeon Forge. You don’t need to keep looking this is your place to stay!”
