“Place was good. Not the most comfortable or quiet ABB I’ve stayed in, but fine for sleep after a long day on 12th S and concert downtown. Downstairs bedroom was hot while rest of the unit was freezing. Upstairs bathroom fan was loud and kept turning on for no reason. Noisy neighbors (also ABB). Wouldn’t stay at this unit again.”

“We had a great stay at this condo in Nashville. The photos in the listing were very accurate, and the space was even more spacious than we expected. Everything was very clean, well cared for, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to fully relax after busy days exploring the city. Although it was a little further from downtown, we actually really appreciated being able to come back to a calmer, quieter space away from all the busyness. It truly felt like a retreat at the end of the day. The hosts were also wonderful to communicate with — very prompt, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and would absolutely stay here again.”

“We absolutely loved our stay during my bachelorette weekend in Nashville! Great location, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and shops and a quick uber to Broadway. Comfortably slept 9 girls!”

“The accommodation has a good space, but not very well elaborated, a tip, the single room could have a double bed, it would be very useful for guests, unfortunately there was not enough bedding for all guests to cover themselves. The outdoor area that was the most desired left a lot to be desired, chairs, upholstery impossible to sit on, everything very dirty, a lot of dust, the pool did not heat up, we cannot use it and we pay extra for it. The game area, the broken toys, some don't even care. So it doesn't really offer what it says in the ad.”

“On the positive side, it had two king bedrooms and two bathrooms which fit our group of two couples perfectly. It was nicely and neatly appointed. The linens and beds were great. The bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was very clean and functional. And we love East Nashville. On the negative side, we didn't realize how noisy it would be at the corner of 14th and Shelby. It would have been nice if they had supplied ear plugs for night time sleeping. There were other things that lacked attention to detail, like a toilet paper holder that was cocked and the toilet paper slipped off, and I couldn't fix it without tools. The windows were very dirty for a high-cost Airbnb. There was bird poop on the patio furniture where we wanted to sit. And all the communication was obviously by a bot, since it had odd phrases and characters in it, and 10 people were on the text thread, even though it said things like "please contact me." An individual owner would likely pay more attention to detail”

“This home has a nice yard and nice kitchen. We were very unhappy because the furniture in the main room is from the junk yard. 2 Chairs are unuseable, and the sofa has a sitability rating of 0. There is a musty smell We contacted Becon 4 hours after arrival, Becon indicated they would provide a solution.. 18 hours later, no solution. I was forced to pay for a second night in the substandard property because Becon promised a solution but failed to deliver a solution We paid for and stayed at a different location on the second night . If Becon wants to keep my money the owner needs to take the chairs to their house and try sitting in the chair or an evening”

“The drive up was very steep, narrow and felt very unsafe even with 4WD in dry conditions. We were unfortunate to arrive with bad weather and realized the drive was not gonna happen regardless of 4WD. The host did not agree and unfortunately we were unable to stay there and had to find a different place to stay. Do not recommend staying here if you have activities planned that require coming and going.”
