“Some issues with check-in and the oven was broken. Really nice location and the house is great.”

“The cabin was very nice, and well stocked. A little hard to get to(roads are very curvy), but many things to enjoy, right there at the cabin. Response from the property manager however, left a lot to be desired. We messaged several times about WiFi(finally got it working), and in trying to get the gas logs on the fireplace started(they said they’d be back with me, but never heard back from them). The fireplace is beautiful, and would have loved it.”

“Overall we loved the stay! The cabin is more remote than many you book in Sevier County but that for us was a dream. We enjoy the NP and strips in gatlinburg and pigeon forge but being able to leave the lights and noise of the towns and slip into country tranquility is great. You can hear the creek from the hot tub and it’s so peaceful. Only negative is the dryer was broke when we got there. We immediately reported it and were advised maintenance was notified. We were in the unit for 5 nights and it was never fixed. So we unfortunately couldn’t wash our clothes before leaving. Small inconvenience but worth noting as it’s still not fixed as of checkout.”

“Unfortunately, the booking experience was incredibly frustrating. We initially tried to book this cabin the day of our stay for a little over $200. After being repeatedly told the pricing was being corrected, the total ultimately became nearly $600. We spent almost 5 hours going back and forth on the DAY OF CHECK-IN while actively traveling to Gatlinburg. There was no sense of urgency despite knowing we needed somewhere to stay that night. We were repeatedly told someone was checking, correcting the offer, or would get back to us, only for hours to pass and new issues to arise. We were eventually told the original price was an error. After all of that, the discount we received was minimal and there was no meaningful compensation from the host for the hours spent resolving an issue we did not create. The cabin itself was nice, but the hosts and communication were extremely aggravating. A reservation should not require 5 hours of messages on the day of arrival just to get it finalized.”

“Overall, we enjoyed the great location, peaceful setting, mountain views, cozy cabin atmosphere, enclosed porch, hot tub, pool table, smart TVs, great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. The water softener left our hair and skin feeling super soft. Only 10-15 minutes from the main area in Pigeon Forge too! However, several cleanliness and maintenance issues kept us from rating higher. Most concerning, I found a dirty thong in a drawer easily accessible to our small children. Thankfully I found it first, but this was a major cleanliness concern. The bathrooms looked clean but they all had noticeable urine or fecal odors. The mattress by the back porch was extremely uncomfortable and sank toward the middle. Upstairs, the jacuzzi jets do not work. The main-level bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. The ice maker was broken, and the freezer wouldn’t fully freeze ice trays even after 2 days. We also noticed peeling wallpaper, broken lamps, a ripped deck chair, and dusty outdoor furniture”
