“This was a very nice place to stay. It was about 30 minutes from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, making it a convenient location while still feeling peaceful. The wraparound porch was beautiful, and we loved relaxing in the rocking chairs and porch swing while enjoying the view. The neighboring cabins were closer than we expected, but it didn’t impact our stay. The food truck park at the end of the street was an unexpected highlight. A few things could be improved. The beds were very high, and even with the provided step stools, they were difficult for my mother-in-law. The thermostat was requested to stay at 75°F, but the windows had no screens, so opening them wasn’t a practical option. Some ceiling fans also didn’t work. We had to contact Walt because the hot tub and several TVs weren’t working when we arrived, but he was responsive and resolved the issues.”

“Check-in process was outstanding. House was clean and everything in property description was accurate. Really appreciated the towels, plenty for our family of five. Front porch was great for morning coffee. Hot tub was fully functional. We finished a puzzle and played checkers, also played air hockey. We will be back again!”

“We had a great vacation and this house was such a wonderful place to relax and unwind after long days out with the kids. Three bedrooms with four beds made sleeping arrangements very easy to figure out and our three year old loved the loft with all of the toys. The house was clean, organized and I didn’t see a spider in any corners (yay!). There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together and (most importantly) there were plenty of blankets in every room! The back porch swing was my favorite spot and spent most of my time there while at the house. Overall it was very beautiful, relaxing and we enjoyed our stay. Walt was very helpful and attentive every time we reached out, as well as very friendly. The only thing I didn’t love (but wasn’t a huge deal) was the hot tub. It was clean, but the filter must not have been or something and it blew out some kind of slime when turned on. My husband completely cleaned the filters and tub out and it was perfect after that. Overall 10/10.”
