“I felt like we had many issues . First the washer was broken when we texted him about it they sent some one to look at it . He said it was fixed but was not . When we texted him again about washer he said he was told it was fixed it was not would not wash clothes properly stained a few of our items wouldn’t wash at points . Internet when out for two days was told it was out of their control . There was infestation of lady bugs . The tv in pool didn’t work at all . There was no tv in pool for 2 days . Pool was freezing said heated was not heated . All we were told was they would work on it . Yet not much got done . He was very responsive through text . All he did for us was tell us sorry and thank you for being patient . I don’t think I would stay with them again .”
