“This cabin was great! My husband and I went for our honeymoon and it was just perfect. We went in and the place was very clean and everything was like it said it was. The views from both decks were fantastic, we enjoyed a coffee and the swing chair and it was so peaceful. I definitely recommend!”airbnb

“Our stay here was amazing!! 5 stars!! Perfect for our family of 4. The sunsets were the best. Great views. Good location. Could see Dollywood fireworks from the deck. Hot tub worked well. Game room is fun. Beds are super comfortable. The free tickets were such a perk. Pool was also nice and within walking distance. I read other reviews and knew to bring extra TP, trash bags, paper plates- otherwise would have ran out for our 4 night stay. Other than these few things the place is stocked with the essentials. Blow dryer is a tiny one and I couldn’t find any laundry detergent either so ended up buying that as well. But overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to go back!!”airbnb

“The cabin was located in a beautiful spot with a great view. Hot tub and jacuzzi tub were amazing. Only thing I have to say bad about is the water pressure and the beds. Showers were difficult with the very low pressure. And the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that, the Cabin was great. Also, if you want to see a bear, we saw two bears and some cubs. 😁”airbnb

“Beautiful cabin was fully furnished; walked in to everything we needed. Saw bears and bear cubs daily on our driveway and front porch. One small one put paws on front window for a close up of the grandkids. The grandkids loved playing ping pong. Highly recommend.”airbnb

“I will start off by saying the master bedroom on the property was very comfortable and didn’t make me miss my bed at home like I do when I go on most of my vacations. But upon arrival the floors were very dirty. We swept up quite a bit of dog hair and dirt and mopped the floors due to having an infant crawling around on them. The basement beds and floors were also not in the best condition. My MIL ended up sleeping on the pull out couch. I did message the owners to let them know and they did send someone to change the sheets and thank us for taking care of the floors ourselves. There were some cobwebs in the living room. The only other issue we had was the grill in the post was not on site. There was another grill close to the drive way that resembled a park grill but we decided not to use it. The driveway is steep but doable as long as it’s not snowing.”airbnb

“All the carpet and bathrooms and corners of the house was really smelly and was dirty , We could see the dirt at the corners of each part of the home . One of the bathroom was clogged in where I was there . The sofa pillows were stinky and dirty Roaches we’re seen at every part of the house Overall the view of the place was excellent but the place I would rate it as dirty. I have been to 3 places of Airbnb in smoky and this is our 3 rd time visit . This place needs deep cleaning The basement one of the play station of car racing is with full of roaches inside it which shows how dirty it’s been kept needs maintenance . Regard Sharat”airbnb

“This place could be great. Replace the floors- it’s a hazard, and one that my 75 year old mother did not appreciate, especially while navigating the floors with a walker. Replace cleaning crew. There’s no reason used bandaids should be visible on pool deck during check-in. This place could be great with minimal effort. Customer service was terrible- Valerie was incredibly rude when our pool heater failed. Maintenance man said we would hear back about getting the heater replaced the next day- we never heard back at all. The whole point of selecting this place was the pool, and yet it was unusable half of our stay. Upsetting.”airbnb

“We had a really frustrating experience with this Airbnb hosting company. Our cabin stay was cancelled the same day we were supposed to arrive by the host, David, supposedly due to “inclement” weather — even though there was no bad weather that wouldve caused us to not be able to stay. To make things worse, we were still able to book and stay in a cabin literally right next door with no issues. What felt especially shady was that instead of the host cancelling on their end, they pushed for us to cancel, which honestly seemed like an attempt to avoid the cancellation penalties and negative rating that hosts normally receive when they cancel last-minute. This completely disrupted our plans, added unnecessary stress, and felt very unprofessional. If you’re booking here, just be aware that your reservation might not be secure even on the day of your trip. We definitely won’t be using this host again.”airbnb
