“Such a beautiful place! Absolutely stunned by our rooms. Everything was easy and accessible, everything was in a quick travel distance. We even got to see a momma bear and her three cubs. Highly recommend and would book this home again.”airbnb

“Overall, our stay was great, and the location was fantastic. We had lots of bear sightings, the pool was great, and the views were beautiful. Unfortunately, there were several issues that were disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. Upon arrival, the floors were very sticky, the space was quite dusty, and there were items left behind by previous guests(trash)l. One of the cabinets was also broken, which made it difficult to access/ use the pans stored in that area. The front door lock was difficult to open and got stuck often. Another big issue, was the water leaking into the bedroom during the storms we experienced. I reached out to the host and was told that this was normal. I was also offered additional towels, but that didn’t address the actual problem. For the price, I expected the property to be cleaner and better maintained, and the ongoing water leak was especially disappointing. If you don’t mind having a waterfall in your bedroom when it rains then 10/10”airbnb

“We were there for 4 nights. There was no soap , dishwasher soap, sponge, and laundry detergent. Couldn’t able to even clean the clothes. This is our 3rd time smoky mountain but never had that bad experience we had clean the dishes our selves lack of soap. Other places unlimited soap provide so we can clean the stuff. The last we had leave the dishes uncleand there was no dish soap to clean the dishes. Won’t recommend to anyone.”airbnb

“Beautiful cabin with a great view! Hot tub was amazing and the rooms and bathrooms were excellent!! Only had issues with service even when connected to the WiFi nothing seemed to wanna load on phones and on tv’s but if you’re looking to disconnect this shouldn’t be much of a problem.”airbnb

“Upon arrival, we inspected the property as asked in the check in documents. Property had cleanliness issues for both the cabin and amenities. The pool was also well below an adequate level, and was freezing cold. We canceled our first day plans to have housekeeping and maintenance at the property for follow-ups. Housekeeping arrived and did a quick clean of our initial complaints. We did find other issues throughout our stay that we handled ourselves. The maintenance guy for the pool arrived later in the day. He stated this pool does have a leak and loses water frequently. He cleaned and balanced both the pool and hot tub per our complaint. I was instructed to watch the water level throughout the night to not overfill it. We tried to use the pool and hot tub later in our stay. The pool was low, and still no heater operation. We tested the operations of the hot tub and found defects that made it unusable for our family. We canceled our next day events for maintenance again!”airbnb

“The house matches the listing. Has great views and is close to downtown. The biggest issue was as soon as I checked in, I noticed crumbs and dust on the countertops. Live bugs crawling around the floor, along with dead ones. Dust and crumbs and wood chips all over the floor and bed sheets. I reached out right away and was told maids would be there right away. Next day, no one showed. Reached out again, more apologies, promises it will get fixed. Again no one showed. Finally one more day to fix the issue or even make some type of attempt to remedy, and nothing. Just an automated text on "how to clean up before I leave". This house has a lot of potential, the management company obviously ruined the experience for me. Spending the majority of the time in the house picking up bugs and junk is not what I signed up for. Skip Bear Tracts managed locations!”airbnb

“The only trouble is we asked for trash pick up and it never got picked up so we had to leave quite a bit in the house upon leaving.”airbnb

“All the carpet and bathrooms and corners of the house was really smelly and was dirty , We could see the dirt at the corners of each part of the home . One of the bathroom was clogged in where I was there . The sofa pillows were stinky and dirty Roaches we’re seen at every part of the house Overall the view of the place was excellent but the place I would rate it as dirty. I have been to 3 places of Airbnb in smoky and this is our 3 rd time visit . This place needs deep cleaning The basement one of the play station of car racing is with full of roaches inside it which shows how dirty it’s been kept needs maintenance . Regard Sharat”airbnb

“This place could be great. Replace the floors- it’s a hazard, and one that my 75 year old mother did not appreciate, especially while navigating the floors with a walker. Replace cleaning crew. There’s no reason used bandaids should be visible on pool deck during check-in. This place could be great with minimal effort. Customer service was terrible- Valerie was incredibly rude when our pool heater failed. Maintenance man said we would hear back about getting the heater replaced the next day- we never heard back at all. The whole point of selecting this place was the pool, and yet it was unusable half of our stay. Upsetting.”airbnb

“We had a really frustrating experience with this Airbnb hosting company. Our cabin stay was cancelled the same day we were supposed to arrive by the host, David, supposedly due to “inclement” weather — even though there was no bad weather that wouldve caused us to not be able to stay. To make things worse, we were still able to book and stay in a cabin literally right next door with no issues. What felt especially shady was that instead of the host cancelling on their end, they pushed for us to cancel, which honestly seemed like an attempt to avoid the cancellation penalties and negative rating that hosts normally receive when they cancel last-minute. This completely disrupted our plans, added unnecessary stress, and felt very unprofessional. If you’re booking here, just be aware that your reservation might not be secure even on the day of your trip. We definitely won’t be using this host again.”airbnb
