“Starting off, everything was great. We were very appreciative because they let us check in an hour early! The reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because there was absolutely nothing in this apartment. We had only 3 towels and after a couple days we found a hand towel somewhere. 1 hand towel for 3 bathrooms. There were no shower mats to put in front of the tub/shower, no paper towels, and when I reached out to request more, I was told that we only get a “starter supply” and the rest is on us. I explained what we were missing and I was told they might not be able to accommodate my request but they will try. They were able to actually deliver a couple hand towels, paper towels, and a shower mat, however, it came the day before checkout. The apartment itself was great, but we had to buy some things that most Airbnbs are known for supplying. We were also missing a dish scrubber and trash bags. After my stay, I was sent a message offering a $50 reimbursement and requesting a 5 star review.”

“The first unit we stayed in had No bedsheets, blankets, shower curtains, NO power and NO A/C. We then made a complaint so the host moved us into a different unit, which then REEKED like cat urine, stains all over the carpets, black marks up and down the walls, cracked cabinets, dirty baseboards, hairballs in the corners, trash left in kitchen cabinets, trash and cigarette butts on the back patio, the living room looked nothing like the pictures, and swollen baseboards from water damage. (which is all documented) Requested a refund which then they tried to deny me my money back so i had to go through Airbnb to get my money back and THEN tried not to pay me the full amount that i have a receipt for and had the nerve to ask "where i got that information from?" in terms of being refunded. Would never recommend, front desk lady is rude and host is unprofessional. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else:)”

“At check-in we had no towels, no bed sheets, and no parking passes. They asked us to go get parking passes from office but those hours were at same time I had to work. Host did nothing to resolve. The floor in main bedroom were uneven and felt like the damage to them would lead to the floor giving way. The lights on the nightstand were solely decor as there were no outlets nearby to plug them in. Maintenance to shower was shoddy work and the paint…yes paint, on the acrylic enclosure was rubbing off with each use. The door lock stopped working and they said they would send batteries for me to repair. They never came. After staying home all day waiting for that repair I eventually had to replace the lock myself. There were (14) messages with the “Host” but no resolution as they needed approval from the ownership. Pictures did a great job selling us on it, unfortunately reality was something else. If you just need a roof over your head this place will work, but it’s unimpressive.”

“The location is close to everything in Nashville however the cleaning is lacked, you won’t ever receive a package if you decide long term stays and the maintenance on the garbage disposal was quite poor. Law enforcement was called at least 2 times a week in the complex, apartment smelled gross. It does have everything a few guests would need for a shorter stay. I’d rate a 2.5 stars.”
