“This 47bday rental was the 2nd Month+ rental I have done with Properties by Preston. Unlike many hosts, they are well staffed and respond pretty much immediately if you need anything. They are ABSOLUTELY reliable, and you'll never be put in a bad situation renting from them. Their properties are clean, well kept, and usually located in prime places for all activities. If you need a reliable, affordable, high quality rental, especially in-between moves, for a few weeks or so, please rent from Properties by Preston, they are EXCELLENT!”

“First time doing a longer term stay at an Airbnb. I had to work in the area for 2 months and it was perfect for that. Really liked the apartment - spacious and comfy. Neighborhood was quiet, well kept, and the pool was great. As a long-term rental it could use more cooking supplies and linens, and the mattress could have been a bit better. Overall, though, the stay was very good. It did not have a vacuum cleaner and 2 months, was too long between cleanings. I contacted the manager and they had a new vacuum cleaner outside the door the next day. If I have to return for work, I would stay there again. Thanks!”
