“First, view was everything and more. It felt quite remote, yet minutes from parkway headed to Gatlinburg. It was very clean and all of the panoramic windows for the view were great! We did have issue with electronic lock and they responded pretty quickly to give us lock box code to get a key. It was not nearly as convenient as electronic lock, but it got the job done. The not so great. First night was terrible to say the least. I needed to clean a shirt I got a stain on so I needed washer. When we went to toss a pod in, we realized 6 inches of water in the bottom of washer. So I ran an empty rinse and spin cycle, went up stairs to prepare for bed. Then I heard it, water running all over the floor from washer. We then used every towel we had to dry it up. Luckily I caught it fast or it could have been really bad. I had to hold it shut with my body weight for the next 15 min while it drained. Called emergency number, no reply until 10 am next day when we called.”

“The drive up and down to the cabin was treacherous and steep to say the least. The views once you got up there was breathing. The kitchen sink clogged and I messaged the host and was told it was going yo to be fixed. The proximity to attractions was 15/20 minutes which was not bad at all. I would not return only because the road to the cabin was dangerous and thank God no one was coming down the one lane road as I was going up.”

“The best place I’ve ever stayed in the Smokies! The views were better than described, and a Mountain View from every room. Would highly recommend staying there.”
