“My husband and I stayed at Southern Memories for our honeymoon and it was perfect! Awesome location, sits in a corner lot! About 15-20 mins away from Gatlinburg! High chance of spotting a bear! We didn’t see one but swear we heard one a few times. Everything inside was clean and cozy. If you’re looking for a classic home feel cabin, this is the one!”

“This cabin was nice & in a great location. Only about 20-30 mins to pigeon forge and gatlinburg! It was the right amount of secluded and private. The fire pit area was so pretty & nice for hanging out with the family and roasting marshmallows! The hot tub worked great. & my kiddos loved the hammock. Shaun was so good about sending step by step instructions for arriving, and departing. The only issue that we faced was the pinball machine not working. It never worked for our whole stay. I did inform Shaun of the issue and he told us what to try, but it never worked. I also did not press the issue, so I’m sure Shaun would have came & fixed asap if we had asked. We were just so busy, it wasn’t a huge deal for us. The only downsides were no blinds or curtains on both main doors (we didn’t like not having that extra privacy), and the jetted bathtub took over an hour to fill up to the jets. Cabin was very clean, and very nice. Would DEFINITELY come back and stay again! Thanks for having us!”
