“Fantastic place that was perfect for our weekend getaway! Couldn’t ask for a better location! The place was spotless and perfectly met our needs! Would highly recommend this place when visiting the Smoky Mountains!”

“We had a great time. Excellent place for a family of four (two adults, 12 and 10 year-old) to hunker down for a six day baseball tournament. Field was 10 minutes away and close to all the restaurants and amusement parks. Could not have picked a better place. Was clean and quiet. Thank you”

“I was extremely disappointed by the property's cleanliness. Towels with feces stains were left folded as clean, and hair was found on sheets and towels. Adding to my concerns, guests were instructed to leave used sheets on the bed after checkout, which felt unsanitary given the condition of the linens. I removed the sheets myself. Despite photo evidence, the response was inadequate, requiring Airbnb escalation. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this experience was completely unacceptable.”

“We loved our short stay at Are We Bear Yet! The cabin was immaculate, the bed was comfy, and the location couldn’t be beat. It rained too much to use the hot tub or pool, but the pool table got a lot of use. Guess we’ll have to come back to try the rest!”
