“When we arrived the place was very clean and put together, beautiful furnished balcony out the glass doors with a nice relaxing view! The personal dryer and washer was a plus! We will definitely choose to stay here again!”

“Pros: the room was very clean, the decor was tasteful, the beds were comfy, and the bunk beds were perfect for our two little ones. cons: there is nowhere to put your clothes, no dressers, or hangers in the closet, we had to live out of our suitcase which is not ideal. The parking was advertised as 2 spots per unit, but failed to tell you they may be at the bottom of the hill by the pool, this is unacceptable especially when you have 2 little ones that are sleeping and you have to carry them up a steep hill. The pool was dirty, and the hot tub didn't have an option to turn on or change the temperature, it was just like getting in a bathtub. The first night we had neighbors who were smoking weed, that we could smell through our room, which was upsetting considering we have a special needs child with airway disease. The refrigerator was also not very cold, and the freezer did not freeze, we tried to freeze our water bottles to take to the pool and it did nothing overnight.”

“Unfortunately, this was our worst vacation rental experience. We were switched to a different cabin at the last minute and arrived to find it in unacceptable condition. The cabin had clearly not been properly cleaned-dirty sheets, unswept floors, dirty shower curtains, cobwebs, and items left behind by previous guests. We were expected to have maintenance & housekeeping come into the cabin during our stay to fix issues that should’ve been addressed before arrival. We were traveling with small children and did not feel comfortable having unfamiliar people coming in and out of the cabin during our vacation. We were also very concerned about safety. The front door was unlocked when we arrived, & one of the balcony door handles was broken. Although we were offered the option to cancel, we were notified only about a day & a half before check in over 4th July weekend, making it nearly impossible to find another cabin on such short notice. The compensation didn’t reflect the extent of issues.”
