“We were told about 30 minutes before we arrived that the waterfall wasn't going to be working and couldn't be fixed. This was not a huge deal but it was a reason I chose this pool over others (for my kids). When we checked in the house was spotless. Everything from the couches to the beds were comfortable. The house had everything we needed. We even saw a bear! The downfall was that the main floor bathroom (off the kitchen) smelled sewage for two full days before it was fixed. 3 people came before it was resolved. It was disappointing these two things happened and we still had to pay full price.”

“Beautiful cabin. Lots of stuff to do for kids. Very clean inside. Lots of construction around the area but it did not affect our stay whatsoever. Communication was very great. This is my 3rd stay at an Elk Springs property and it was my favorite cabin so far. 5 minutes to the island in Pigeon Forge which was definitely a great perk. 100% I would recommend this place to everyone.”
