“Overall, we had a good stay. The beds were very comfortable, check-in was quick and easy, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. There were a few areas that could be improved. The water pressure was pretty weak, and the washer and dryer could use updating as they weren’t very efficient. Also, if you’re looking for scenic views, this probably isn’t the best choice since there wasn’t much of one from the property. Overall, the comfortable beds and great location made for an enjoyable stay, but a few updates would make the experience even better.”

“Cabin looks like the pictures. As soon as you open the door. A smell hit you that smelled like body odor. Carpet had stains and could be replaced. The amenities said community pool. When we arrived the pool had a sign that said closed for maintenance. Never saw anyone working in the pool. Big disappointment. My kid got in the hot tub . She got red bumps on her. A trip to the doctor to find out it is from bacteria been in the water from the hot tub.”

“Colonial Properties Beary Cozy cabin is located in convenient location — close proximity to all nearby attractions yet feels secluded from the busy. The cabin was clean and cozy. The outside deck area included hot tub for relaxing. I recommend the stay! Note(s): The upstairs area (bedroom and bathroom) is much warmer and more difficult to cool than downstairs area. To keep the upstairs cool enough, the downstairs thermostat must be set at the lowest temperature — causing the downstairs to be overly cool. The outside trash is not protected with an outer container/lock — animals will destroy trash.”
