“location was great, nice and quiet.”

“I felt safe and comfortable. The home was clean and close to Dollywood. Which was the reason of our whole trip. I would suggest complimentary coffee in the home. That would make the stay that much better.”

“After renting many Airbnbs, this was the worst! Could not close blinds in either bedroom, horribly dusty and spider webs all throughout, open condom boxes, steep, steep stairs to get to bottom floor which there was no way to control downstairs thermostat and it stayed horribly freezing, but worst of all was the mildew and black mold covering 85% of the center of the upstairs ceiling. Also a quarter of the area under the kitchen sink had molded and mildewed and is now falling apart. The home could be beautiful but it is definitely not being maintained like it should be. We have rented many Airbnbs and this was the absolute worst. We stayed during the Labor Day weekend and unfortunately there were no other cabins available to move to and we did receive a partial refund back but we would not recommend this cabin at all.”

“Overall it was a nice escape, nice location, quiet, and peaceful. ~30 minutes to pigeon forge but definitely easily accessable. The hot tub was nice. The soaking tub was nice but the hot water smelt heavily of sulfur, it's a well I understand but it was Strong even for a well, they provide bath salts but still rough. The hot tub was not heavy sulfur smell. Things to know; River is not easily accessible from the property. The cabin is bare bones minus the very core amenities. You can get plenty of phone service outside but lose it inside. There is a DVD player, Dish tv ( Extremely limited channels), and that it so bring your entertainment! Including DVDs”

“Cabin looks like the pictures. As soon as you open the door. A smell hit you that smelled like body odor. Carpet had stains and could be replaced. The amenities said community pool. When we arrived the pool had a sign that said closed for maintenance. Never saw anyone working in the pool. Big disappointment. My kid got in the hot tub . She got red bumps on her. A trip to the doctor to find out it is from bacteria been in the water from the hot tub.”

“Overall the property, location, cleanliness was great! We enjoyed the Cabin and the Host over all was great! We had one problem where the air conditioner thermostat was not working upstairs,so hot for 2 days! We let the host know the first day at 730 am that morning , got him at 11 pm no one came to fix it like we were told, then told us we did not report it even which was not true!”

“They weren't terrible to deal with but last minute changes that I had no choice in and rooms not fully clean. Place we stayed at was not great and the cost was not cheap so probably would not book again with them.”

“We had an okay stay. The kitchen was not stocked very well so we were glad we brought our own coffee. There weren’t blankets for the pull out couch and when we called to ask for some they told us “they don’t have to supply those.” So we covered our teenager in extra towels. There was also a squirrel nesting in the wall of the main bedroom that was pretty active at night. Otherwise was a cute roommate. The tub was amazing!”

“We were switched to this house a week before our visit. They labeled it as an upgrade, however compared to our previous house it had one less bedroom with an actual bed (bunk beds instead) and it had one less bathroom. They said it was an upgrade because it had a pool. In the pictures it shows a private pool at the house and then a community pool. We were unable to get to the private pool. The access code did not work and when I messaged the host they did not respond. We arrived at 3:45 and the cleaners were running around trying to finish cleaning throwing stuff in the back of their truck. They finished at 3:59. They did not send me the code to the door so we had to call when we arrived. There is no cell service outside of the house which made it difficult to get to where we needed to. Overall, this was the worst Air BnB experience I’ve had.”
