“The house was nice and the 4 bedrooms/bathrooms were great. It did not clearly state the amount of stairs required to get to the cabin and then another flight to get to main living area. It was a real struggle for my elderly parents. It only advertised first level master with en suite. Had I known about the stair situation we would not have booked. When we got there the ground level electricity wasn’t working due to the fuse being tripped. The indoor pool room lights kept tripping the power. We were also unable to open the door to the pool. When I spoke with the host he helped to try and troubleshoot the door but we determined it was low battery. He said maintenance would be over ASAP. They didn’t come for 4 days! We booked this listing because of the indoor pool and we weren’t even able to use it until the last 2 days. I requested some kind of reimbursement from the host due to the listing being not as described but those requests were just ignored.”

“The photos were clearly taken about 10 years ago and this location has been put through something’s since. ALL of the walls need to be painted and patched. Every sink /faucet and toilet leak and make noise all night. The porch and hot tub face the busy main road which is loud and not very secluded. The kitchen does have most items needed to cook but also empty salt and pepper shakers, which just seemed petty. This unit does have a washer and dryer that proved handy. They provided on packet of laundry soap. The parking is an absolute nightmare. And the spaces are extremely small. We almost didn’t want to leave for fear of having to trek back to our unit. They should REALLY all be numbered to ensure everyone is using the one spot allowed.”

“This is the hotel of AirBnB. I don’t know how many AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in, but this is the worst one. Towel racks were broken, and there were dead bugs in the lights. Most places offer full size bottles of soap or full size soap bars. Every AirBnB we’ve stayed at has had more than enough amenities. We got two tiny hotel bars and two sample size shampoo bottles for 4 people for 4 days. Also, don’t put a coffee maker and coffee if you don’t want to. The coffee maker was tiny, cheap and they didn’t even have the cheap coffee creamer you’d put on a diner table. I wouldn’t say this is casago’s fault but the upstairs tenant decided to have a bowling tournament in the middle of the night every night apparently. All this for a price gouged $800. For those of you out there that prepared a home correctly and price gouged a popular weekend for $800, more power to you. Casago, you can’t do that. You should be stuck at a firm $400. No higher. Corporations suck. Stay in an individual’s AirBnB. 0/5⭐”

“Check other reviews. They mention the steep driveway but still give a positive review. That driveway is unsafe and if you use a rental car you need to worry about an extremely steep grade. I understand it's in the mountains and there are a lot of steep hills and drives. However this was the steepest one I've ever seen anywhere. I had to park sideways because otherwise I think my car would have rolled downhill even in park. The fireplace didn't work but that didn't bother us much because we had normal HVAC. Additionally, note that the views in the images are from wintertime. During the other seasons the view is obscured by trees. I can't honestly give it a 1 because the inside was clean, location was good (right outside of the main strip), and the hot tub was clean. However, I asked to leave on the first night and was told "sorry we won't refund you if you do" so we decided to stick it out. I recommend going to another cabin in the same community but the one we stayed in was not ideal.”
