“Our stay was adequate and comfortable. Good location, near to restaurants etc, but it felt like it was way out in the country.”

“We booked this place on somewhat short notice because it's close proximity to Dollywood (5 minutes) and being pet-friendly. We arrived after dark. It took us a bit to find the correct unit since the address was to the club house which was closed. Pulled into our designated parking space to be greeted by the heavy smell of pot from someone smoking nearby. The unit itself was ok and mostly clean. Never heard the neighbors. The main bedroom was missing a trash can in the bathroom and the mattress was very stiff. The main shower head was very low, around 5' above the shower floor which is challenging for taller people. The plumbing to the secondary shower was backwards (hot was cold and cold was hot). Overall the place was OK for our weekend getaway.”

“The back patio was stunning at night. However, the only drawback was the absence of remotes for both TVs. After I provided pictures of our Samsung TVs, I received the incorrect Roku remotes and was questioned about whether they were compatible. Since no new remote was provided on the first night to entertain a child, I had to buy my own, which I had brought back home with me because Walmart was out of receipts, preventing me from getting a refund(they asked for the receipt unfortunately it was to late for me to wonder around waiting with a child alone in a unknown area for a receipt) . Aside from that issue, the place was fantastic. I recommend bringing your own dish soap or cleaning supplies for washing dishes and tidying up.”

“Jacuzzi tub didn’t work and the cabin is next to a solid waste facility. The smell wasn’t pleasant. Had flies in the rest room and some other bugs but I guess that’s the cabin life? The outdoor chairs were on the cheaper side and pretty dirty so no sitting on the patio plus it wasn’t covered which was in the listing but still worth noting. The heart tub is a nice touch. Bed wasn’t comfortable by any means. Place has potential if they cared for it better.”
