“The cabin itself is beautiful, and the views are amazing with a great hot tub and good location overall. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor property management and lack of professionalism. After a 10-hour drive from Florida, we arrived before check-in and waited patiently. Despite check-in being 4 PM, we were left standing outside past check-in time with no communication until we had to go up to the door and knock. We were then told about a MINOR maintenance issue that should have been addressed BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL. Within minutes of finally getting settled, management messaged us saying they wanted to send someone out during our stay to fix it. Starting a vacation with delayed check-in, maintenance interruptions, and dismissive customer service was incredibly frustrating. For a $1,400 stay, we expected far better communication and preparation. The cabin is great, but based on our experience, we would think twice before booking a property managed by this company.”

“The cabin was very spacious and met all our needs. Driving up to the cabin was difficult with our vehicles. Maybe would have not booked knowing in advance. However, being at the top of the mountain made the views from the balcony spectacular.”

“Beautiful little cabin, very clean, cozy and we really enjoyed the hot tub. 1 thing would make cabin perfect is replacing the mattress, was hard as a rock. The rocking chairs on the porch we couldn't sit in because we was afraid they'd fall apart, extremely wobbly all over.”
