Cabins For You

Cabins For You's guest rating of 4.56 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The gated property smelled like pot smoke our entire stay and the condo was very worn down not like the photos. Appliances not operational.

Location was perfect.Cabin was run down. Property not kept up. Garbage everywhere. Definitely not run by a home owner, can tell a company runs it. 1 towel for 3 days. Had pot and pans but nothing extra. Gaming machine did not work. I didn't bring my dog and thank goodness that so called fenced in area Definitely wouldn't put my dog in it.

The location of the cabin & the joy of our family being together is the main source of this rating!!! This was a perfect space to gather. But with the limited supplies like ONE toilet paper per bathroom or ONE paper towel roll- when youre traveling with a big family/group, it’s super inconvenient. We also found our airbnb quite messy especially in the restrooms and got no timely resolution- it was never addressed while we were there nor were we compensated. Floor was dirty, all 3 toilets/bathrooms were visibly not cleaned & to top it all off, response times were slow. By the end of the stay, we had a delayed package that ended up delivering after we were gone and even with proof, they were telling us they didn’t find it. When you pay almost 2k for TWO nights, cleanliness, responsive & adequate supplies are expectations. I’ve had lots of airbnbs.

Starting off we stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days, the first night we realized we had no hot water, it was the last night we were there when we finally got hot water, the road was kind of noisy but it was bearable. The driveway is pretty steep and sharp, if you have a long truck or a trailer it would definitely be pretty hard to get in and out.

I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with our entire stay. First, getting to the cabin was difficult because GPS couldn’t find the correct address.. Once there we realized SEVERAL rooms had no bathroom, which was a huge problem. The tvs were very difficult to program to watch and one in the game room was missing the remote, which I called about and it was never resolved. The WIFI was not acceptable the entire stay, which I continuously reached out about and was advised there was a “STARLINK” network, which was not accurate! The BEDS…. Omg.. the beds were worn and made noise every time it was touched, and my back is still hurting from that. In one of the upstairs bathrooms, someone left a bathing suit thrown over the shower bar, which convinced me it had not been clean. Worst of all, the very first night, my car was DESTROYED by a BEAR, which could had been avoided if motion lights were in place. I’ve been vacationing in the mountains every year for the past 12 years and I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET

The staff was rude when I called to complain about noise, nothing they could do, is what I was told. Cabin was very dirty in the bathroom, windows through out the cabin, shower doors were off track, corners dirty, microwave did not work was told it was going to be replaced but they did not during our stay, games somewhat worked or missing parts, very low light at night. Overall very dissatisfied with our experience. Worst part of the above was the smart, rude mouth when I called for help about the excessive noise at 1:00 in the morning from another cabin that went on 4 nights in a row. Never will rent from this place ever again.

Beautiful property..but things fell apart fairly early. Tv upstairs did not work. First night no hot water with little to no water pressure. Second day no running water whatsoever. Team really didn’t do much to help us and seemed like we were bugging them..only offered to send us to a much less nicer property late night 4 miles away. Pretty terrible situation by the end of it

The pictures of the house online looked amazing and when we booked 9 months before our stay it was a 4.9 star rating. When we got to the house we were extremely disappointed. There was a lady bug infestation in the pool room, handles were coming off of cabinets, and the railing on the deck on the second floor was extremely unsafe. The extra railing off the hot tub was also coming off and there was no outdoor fire pit like the picture showed. In addition, the hot tub was not heating up at all and stayed at 56 degrees and the pool was also freezing. In the pictures to this day showed jets and the water fall in the pool working and those weren’t working either. When we called Cabins for you regarding the pool and hot tub issues to ask to send someone out, we realized the worst part wasn’t the house it was the customer service. The lady was extremely disrespectful and hung up on us even though we were being extremely respectful. We ended up leaving and finding a new place it was so bad.

STAY AWAY FOR YOUR SAFETY. Overall this place needs a safety inspection many things broke when we were there. The bed frame, a wooden chair, the jacuzzi, and the bbq was so dirty it almost started a fire when we attempted to use it. When we made remarks to management the same response we got was we will "take a note on that". They didn't sound considerate or apologetic or try to remedy the inconvenience. This is a company that manages which now I learned my lesson never deal with companies again they don't care. Worst of all my sister fell on her but when getting into the jacuzzi the wooden stairs were completely corroded the first night we attempted to make it in. They crumbled and under the stairs was a rat trap. The response was we will make note of that, again. I called and asked for a refund at least for the inconvenience being that my sister hurt herself pretty bad and all they said is to contact airbnb because they are in charge of the insurance. Very disappointing stay.

Location is great, very close to the town BUT there was trash left behind on one of the rooms and crumbs on the living room. The bedding set didn’t look like it was washed & pillow covers don’t even fit the pillows. Towels in the bathroom had makeup stains and if rubbed those stains, you still get makeup on your fingers. Kitchen was impeccable though but we barely used it!
