“The cabin itself is beautiful, and the views are amazing with a great hot tub and good location overall. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by poor property management and lack of professionalism. After a 10-hour drive from Florida, we arrived before check-in and waited patiently. Despite check-in being 4 PM, we were left standing outside past check-in time with no communication until we had to go up to the door and knock. We were then told about a MINOR maintenance issue that should have been addressed BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL. Within minutes of finally getting settled, management messaged us saying they wanted to send someone out during our stay to fix it. Starting a vacation with delayed check-in, maintenance interruptions, and dismissive customer service was incredibly frustrating. For a $1,400 stay, we expected far better communication and preparation. The cabin is great, but based on our experience, we would think twice before booking a property managed by this company.”

“What was great..! Father / son trip to Gatlinburg was great. The house was located in quiet area, nice TV, near fishing spots, good food, parking area was nice and hot tub was also nice. What could be improved 1 - please, please replace all the mattresses. 2- the kitchen has an ant problem. 3- water pressure on the house was very low. Regards Apablaza Family.”

“Only complaint would be the possible well water smell other than that it was a great quiet getaway. Kids loved the game room and movie projector. Overall great location and size for price.”

“Our stay was good, we had a few issues. The next day after we arrived the fire alarms were beeping all morning but I let them know and they came right away to change and fix. The game room is nice but the pool table and air hockey don't really function properly. Some of the furniture is ran down but overall I would stay again the space was great. Oh one more thing there was a cat that stayed on the front porch and was kind of a pest. It wouldn't leave you alone, I wanted to sit on porch with coffee and and it kept trying to get inside.”

“Place was as advertised, clean close to town easy check in and out.wish there would have been more bath towels and washcloths available and maybe a shower mat. Our shower curtain had some mold on bottom because shower drained very slow. We let you know so hopefully that gets looked into.en extra roll of toilet paper per bath would help to. Other than those few things we really enjoyed our time there and appreciate your services”

“The location was nice for the views, but other than that it wasn’t the best spot in relation to being close to other things. We had small kids and purposely picked a place with an indoor pool, but the pool was so small & very cold (not heated) that our kids wouldn’t even get in. It was also pretty outdated. I got a condo so I didn’t have to bring extra things, but was told after depositing to stay that we needed to bring extra bath towels, dish soap, etc. We had an overall decent stay & appreciated the view but would likely not choose this location again.”

“Main living room tv Wi-Fi issue hot tub jets seem like all not working banister on lower deck not secure”

“Overall was a nice cabin. Definitely needed some attention to detail. Living room rug was a tripping hazard as one of the edges was permanently rolled up and wouldn’t stay flat to the floor. Mattresses I think are original to the settlement of the town. They were bad bad and need replacement desperately. Cabin was clean and minimal. Had the basics but kinda empty and not homey. The surrounding cabins in the resort definitely have a little more love and thought put into them. Hot tub was lovely as well as the available resort amenities on the property.”

“Gorgeous location and cute cabin. Water pressure is terrible and water stinks a little bit. Deck was very filthy. No propane in the BBQ. Multiple lights didn’t work. Easy access to local amenities.”

“There was a maintenance issue that was not handled properly. We were without water for the last 19 hours of our stay. After initial communication they ghosted us! We did receive some credit (after asking). The lack of a timely response was not acceptable.”
